Meeting Minutes: 2012 POAC National Convention....

The POAC National Convention was held 23-26 February at the Wilderness Resort at the Wisconsin Dells. The purpose of this convention is to gather state and national stakeholders together to meet, discuss, and determine the specifics of POAC sponsored events in the year(s) to come. This year, members participated in learning workshops, educational forums, committee reviews, a youth board meeting, and a general membership meeting. Several interesting topics were discussed such as an upgrade to point keeping software (yeah!), a name change for the POAC International Show (POAC National Congress), and the implementation of an email Newsletter for those that sign up on the website (this has already been implemented - check it out).
