Northeast Regional Update!

We've been super busy behind the scenes working on bringing a fun and exciting Northeast Regional Experience to you and your family! Here are some fabulous updates we wanted to share on our progress so far...if YOU are interested in becoming a sponsor or placing an ad in our program, pease drop us a line!

Payment (in the form of a check to ODPOAC) for class, national and office fees and should be addressed to: Kris Jarvis, 447 Tinsley Dr. Radiant, VA 22732. They must be  postmarked NLT June 7th  in order to receive the pre-entry rate.  Stall fees and any other payments are welcome in advance but can be postponed to show check-out.

Miscellaneous:

Early arrivals are welcome starting at noon on Wednesday, June 19th.
Late departures are welcome to stay as late as noon on Monday, June 24.

Shavings will be available for purchase on-site beginning Wednesday, June 19th.

Mad Tack will be offering the entire custom jump course for sale at the conclusion of the show series on Sunday...make room in your truck and trailers to take something with you!

Karen Jasinski of KJ Photography will be on-site to capture still pics as well as action shots of our exhibitors upon request. Still shots can be embelished with "Class Winner", "Champion", and "Reserve Champion" as well! Be sure to sign up for your pictures at the show!

An Exhibitor Information Packet has been added to our event page, along with more information about a Youth Horse Judging Clinic on Sunday!

Pre-Entry Process:

To get the pre-entry rate, all the exhibitor information and class selections need to be post-marked by JUNE 7.  The entry form needs to be completed by that date, so the show secretary staff can start your entry.
 
We will allow exhibitors to postmark a check for all fees EXCEPT stalls, dinner, extra t-shirts on JUNE 15, which for most people is the same pay period as the show itself.  This still give us time to make deposits and pay the show bills.
 
Class "Adds" at the show will be at the pre-entry rate if you have done all of the above.  Drops will be credited at the rate in which they were paid.
